TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://vultrevo.com or engaging Vultrevo Solutions (“Vultrevo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for any digital service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Vultrevo and the Client. If you do not agree, you may not utilize our high-velocity infrastructure.

2. Service Tiers & Scope

Vultrevo provides high-performance landing page systems categorized into three primary tiers:

  • Launch Tier (RM499): A fundamental high-speed landing page designed for immediate market entry.

  • Growth Tier (RM1,299): An advanced conversion engine with expanded sections and integrated conversion optimization.

  • Scale Tier (RM1,999 + RM299/m): The premium flagship system designed for high-volume ad spend and maximum conversion optimization.

3. The Speed Guarantee

Vultrevo guarantees a mobile load time of 2 second or less (measured via standard industry speed tests) upon initial deployment.

  • Maintenance Requirement: To maintain this speed, the client must remain on the Vultrevo Shield maintenance plan.

  • Third-Party Interference: Adding unoptimized high-resolution images, third-party scripts, or custom plugins without Vultrevo’s audit will void this speed guarantee.

4. Modular “Power-Ups” (Add-ons)

Additional systems can be integrated into the core tiers for a one-time implementation fee:

  • Google Business Profile (GMB) Setup: RM300

  • Abandonment Recovery System: RM500

  • Social Proof (Review) Sync: RM200

  • SEO Snippet Optimization: RM300

  • Lead/CRM Automation: RM400

5. Payment Terms & Ownership

  • One-Time Fees: 50% deposit payment for Launch, Growth, or Scale packages is required before the “Build Phase” begins.

  • Vultrevo Shield (Monthly): Recurring maintenance (RM299/month) is billed in advance. Failure to pay will result in the suspension of our recurring services and the voiding of the Speed Guarantee.

  • Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the Client owns the content and specific design of their landing page. However, the proprietary “Vultrevo Framework” and performance optimization code remain the intellectual property of Vultrevo Solutions.

6. Client Responsibilities

The workflow requires the Client to provide all necessary assets (copy, images, and access credentials) within 7 days of the project kickoff. Delays in asset delivery will result in a rescheduled deployment date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vultrevo Solutions provides the engine; the Client provides the fuel. While we build for maximum conversion, we do not guarantee specific sales figures, as these are dependent on external factors such as product-market fit and ad creative quality. Vultrevo’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service tier rendered.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Johor Bahru, Johor.
